(hereinafter, "the Company"), domiciled at Carrera 11A #93-52, Office 401, Bogotá D.C., Colombia, identified with NIT 901.456.789-3, is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of users of its digital real estate crowdfunding platform, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other applicable regulations regarding personal data protection in Colombia.
